Job summary

LSMA Management, Inc. is seeking an Eligibility Provider Coordinator to support setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates of provider and member eligibility data across internal systems.

This role emphasizes high-volume data entry, file processing, and routine data reviews to ensure information is complete and compliant. You will assist the Provider Analyst with provider configuration tasks, fee schedule updates, and research, while processing member updates and auditing data to maintain integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree or college coursework in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum: At least three years of experience in managed care eligibility or healthcare admin operations.
• Familiarity with EZ-CAP and HIPAA privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process provider and member eligibility data across internal systems.
• Perform high-volume data entry and routine data reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with provider configuration tasks and fee schedule updates.
• Audit data, resolve discrepancies, and support timely workflows.
