Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Manager of Medical Economics to lead the analytical function measuring Total Cost of Care, avoidable inpatient utilization, and other key metrics. You will translate data into clear narratives for senior leadership, payers, and partners, and scale the analytics platform as Chamber’s contract portfolio grows.

You will own reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and end-to-end analyses, collaborating with executives to drive value-based care insights and improved patient

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own analytical work end-to-end.
• Strong communication of complex health economics findings to executives.
• Fluency with value-based care metrics (TCOC, APK, utilization).

Responsibilities

• Own clinical impact reporting infrastructure and narratives for payers and leadership.
• Build and maintain SQL-based analytics dashboards across medical/pharmacy claims, enrollment and attribution data.
• Lead cost trends, utilization, clinical effectiveness, and economic efficiency analyses.
• Define and communicate Chamber's health economics metrics and success measures.
• Partner with senior leaders as a key analytical stakeholder and scale the analytics platform as contracts grow.
