We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Health Economic Policy and Reimbursement (HEPR) Analyst to support our Neurovascular (NV), Pelvic Health (PH), and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Units. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of innovative medical technologies making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities may include the following:
  1. Creating and executing comprehensive market access strategies integrating pricing, reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economic modeling activities.
  2. Designing and implementing an integrated approach to all aspects of the payer value proposition from early development through beyond loss of exclusivity.
  3. Communicating the unique attributes of therapeutic area drugs/medical devices to external stakeholders to ensure recognition of the value proposition and maximize market uptake.
  4. Collaborating with payers, including HTA and reimbursement influencers, to ensure fair and effective reimbursement systems.
  5. Developing strategic studies aimed at influencing pricing, reimbursement, market access, and uptake.
  6. Conducting quantitative and qualitative pricing research.
  7. Working with Health Economics/Outcomes Research teams to design pricing strategies.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with no prior experience.
  • Knowledge of health economic models' development, application, and review.
  • Experience in developing value propositions.
  • Good understanding of reimbursement systems across Western Europe.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills across functions and systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural adaptability, strong project management, results and quality orientation.
