Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with healthcare claims data, healthcare analytics, client support, data management, or applied research.

Responsibilities

• Research, investigate, and respond to client questions about CO APCD data, data products, and reporting.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data; Python or R preferred.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Evaluation, Innovation & Research, Data Access & Impact, and Legal & Compliance teams to resolve inquiries.
• Interpret data models, data dictionaries, and technical documentation to ensure consistent CO APCD data standards.
