Job summary

Freedman HealthCare LLC, a Massachusetts-based health data consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager 2 to contribute to national health data and policy projects.

You’ll manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones, budgets, and client expectations are met, with agile/scrum when appropriate.

A 5+ year track record in health policy or analytic data projects and a Bachelor’s degree; Master or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably related to health policy, health care reform, analytic data projects and/or health data strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout a project's lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain workplans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects.
• Lead deliverables from start to finish, including analysis, requirements, and client approvals.
