Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and maintain data collection systems and dashboards that support health improvement and value-based care initiatives. You will analyze health outcomes data and provide actionable insights for continuous quality improvement.

The role requires strong Excel/SQL skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to work across clinical, financial, and IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Experience in health administration, data analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aggregated and drilled down performance using claims data and analytics tools.
• Identify trends and patterns; create graphical and narrative summaries for stakeholders.
• Design financial and clinical outcomes reports from medical claims, registries and EHRs.
• Analyze large clinical data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to support accountable care, managed care, and GBHA goals.
• Provide insight to inform decision-making and planning by identifying trends in complex data.
