Job summary

Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN) seeks a Call Center Specialist in Warwick, RI to provide comprehensive phone support for health coverage questions and related services. The role acts as a first point of contact, linking consumers to RIPIN programs that cover education, care coordination, and aging services.

Responsibilities include guiding consumers through health benefits processes, documenting grievances, and coordinating with various agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience navigating healthcare for self or family is desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily telephone support to consumers regarding health matters and assist in accessing health benefits.
• Document grievances and assist in coordination/submission of grievances as required.
• Connect consumers with RIPIN programs addressing education, care coordination, and aging.
• Collaborate to develop and implement outreach plans for call center programs.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
