Job Summary:
Start Date: Monday, July 28th, 2025
Shift: Monday - Friday, any shift between 10:30am – 8pm CST. Working every fourth Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST is required.
Training: 6 weeks from 8am – 4:30pm CST. Attendance is mandatory for all training days.
Compensation: Hourly Rate: $21.50 or $25 with NBC-HWC or CHES certification.
The Health Coach supports a multidisciplinary team to improve individual health and overall population health by engaging members in behavior change, reducing risk factors, and promoting healthier lifestyles. Supervised by an Operations Coach Manager, the role involves telephonic engagement, coaching, and coordination with healthcare professionals.
