Health Hubs serve as trusted local resources that extend primary care into the community, provide access to essential preventive and wellness services, bridge gaps in care, and connect people to needed healthcare, mental health, and community resources regardless of the client’s ability to pay. UCH is a not-for-profit, non-tax-supported group practice and is here to serve the community while providing medical excellence to our patients.
