About the Role

As a Remote Health Coach, you’ll provide virtual coaching to individuals and/or small groups to help them reach their personal wellness goals — including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, mindset, and lifestyle balance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about behavior change, holistic wellness, and coaching in a flexible, remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct one-on-one virtual health coaching sessions via video or phone
• Provide guidance on nutrition, physical activity, stress, and lifestyle management
• Develop personalized wellness plans based on client goals and health assessments
• Track client progress, provide accountability, and adapt plans as needed
• Deliver group coaching sessions or webinars on health-related topics (as needed)
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, wellness programming) to enhance offerings
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and follow-ups in a digital coaching platform
• Stay current on wellness trends and evidence-based practices

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Health Coach from a recognized program (NBHWC, ACE, IIN, etc.)
• 1–3+ years of health coaching experience (virtual coaching experience preferred)
• Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills
• Passion for helping others and guiding sustainable behavior change
• Comfortable using digital coaching tools, tracking software, and video platforms
• Ability to manage a flexible client load and work independently
• Bonus: experience in corporate wellness or coaching in workplace settings
