Qualifications

Certification in health coaching, wellness, or a related field.
1+ years of health coaching or wellness consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and preventive health.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Ability to motivate and hold clients accountable to wellness goals.
Experience with anti-aging or hormone health is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one health coaching sessions and develop personalized wellness plans.
Educate clients on anti-aging strategies, nutrition, lifestyle optimization, and preventive health.
Monitor progress and adjust programs to achieve measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with clinical staff to support integrated, whole-body care.
Guide clients through hormone health, weight management, and metabolic wellness programs.
Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and progress notes.
Build lasting client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
