Job summary

Alameda Alliance for Health is seeking a Configuration Analyst to configure provider contracts, fee schedules, and code sets in the HealthSUITE system. You will support operational areas to ensure configurations and data meet business needs and can support workflows.

The role emphasizes system upgrades, documentation, change management, and data analysis. This is a hybrid California position requiring residency compliance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years experience in health care/managed care, preferably in business operations or IT.
• Strong interpersonal, data extraction, communication, teamwork, and detail orientation.
• Beginner level Excel or database/reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure benefits, provider contracts, and fee schedules in HealthSUITE.
• Monitor updates of code sets to ensure accurate operations.
• Analyze and document business needs and requirements.
• Design, test, and document system configuration changes with change management.
• Understand and support business/workflow objectives and how software supports them.
• Collaborate with staff to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Review and audit system operations for consistent policy application.
• Gather data for analysis to aid planning and upgrades.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
