Planned Parenthood of Southern New England in New Haven is seeking a full-time Health Center Manager III to lead our New Haven Health Center.

This role oversees clinical operations, staff development, and patient services to ensure high-quality, respectful care. Strong leadership, organizational, and community engagement are essential.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, and a commitment to health equity and patient-centered care.

  • Transparent decision-making. Experience communicating decision effectively with staff. Demonstrated judgment in knowing when and how to gather meaningful input
  • Bachelor's level Degree from an accredited college or university and/or comparable training and job experience required
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and have a reliable form of transportation
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish or bi-cultural candidate preferred

  • Engages as a community ambassador; identifies and builds relationships with key community contacts as a way to build partnerships and connect community members to PPSNE
  • Provide services that are culturally and linguistically competent
  • Responsible for all health center operations; processes, protocols and personnel

Position Summary: Planned Parenthood of Southern New England has an opening for a full time (37.5) Health Center Manager III for our New Haven Health Center.

Essential Functions:

$70,913 - $95,942 a year

Salary Range*; Min $70,913 Mid: $83,428 Max: $95,942 and is based on full years of experience.
