Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you will oversee all aspects of operations at one of our smaller health centers. You will serve as an active, hands-on leader ensuring that patient care, education, counseling, and medical services are consistently delivered with an uncompromising focus on excellent customer service.
Lead and develop your team: Direct and coach a staff of 5 to 10 employees, fostering an inclusive, high-morale working environment while holding the team accountable to performance standards.
Drive operational and financial excellence: Seamlessly manage patient and staff schedules, daily cash balancing, inventory, and revenue cycle goals. You will also ensure your center maintains strict compliance with OSHA, Title X, and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
Champion the patient experience: Act as the health center's customer service subject matter expert by monitoring patient surveys, providing service recovery when needed, and maintaining a positive environment of care.
Build community connections: Collaborate with the Community Outreach and Education team to analyze local demographics, coordinate outreach services, and positively represent Planned Parenthood in your area.
