Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Health Center Administrator to lead operations of our medical and dental clinics. You will drive daily operations, financial stewardship, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance while fostering a patient-centered, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in health administration, has healthcare leadership experience in ambulatory settings, strong financial oversight, and a commitment to health equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (health administration or related field preferred).
• Healthcare leadership experience in ambulatory or community health setting.
• Strong financial oversight and quality improvement experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to health equity and underserved populations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, financial stewardship, staff leadership, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner closely with clinical leadership to create a collaborative, patient-centered environment for multidisciplinary teams.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday with Some weekends
