Job summary

Experience with pharmacy law, the 340B Drug Pricing Program, and health care fraud and abuse laws (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback) is preferred.

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 - $350,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
