Job Summary:

Senior Spirit of Roselle Park, LLC Adult Medical Day Center is seeking a full-time, bi-lingual Spanish/English speaking, highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating and managing personalized care plans for patients, requiring attention to detail and a compassionate approach. The ideal candidate should have current nursing practice knowledge and problem-solving skills. Experience in elder care and with disabled individuals is highly beneficial.

Under the supervision of the Administrator and Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating medical care, managing LPN & CNA staff as needed, monitoring patient symptoms or behavior, and communicating with physicians or specialists regarding patient care and referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with colleagues
  • Administer medications and monitor for side effects
  • Document changes in patient conditions and report them
  • Maintain accurate patient records and discuss observations with supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Current New Jersey RN license
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • First aid/CPR certification
