Job summary

Caring for Others in Tillamook, Oregon seeks a Care Manager to coordinate care, ensure compliance, and oversee scheduling and branch operations. You will connect Clients, families, Caregivers, and partners to deliver consistent, high-quality home care.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, attention to detail, HIPAA compliance, and proactive service. You will train new caregivers, manage authorizations, and support billing accuracy while maintaining a patient- and family-centered approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling and staffing to minimize overtime, reduce service disruptions, and ensure consistent shift coverage
  • Maintain Branch compliance efforts, including compliant licensing documentation
  • Conduct weekly New Hire Orientation sessions for incoming Caregivers

The Care Manager is a central hub for care coordination, compliance, staffing and scheduling, Client communication, and Branch operations. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own and lead as a: Care Manager -

  • Provide 5-star service to all incoming calls, serving as a key communication hub for Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and referral partners
  • Coordinate care services to ensure timely, consistent, and appropriate service delivery for all assigned Clients - including evaluating Clients in their homes throughout the Northern Coast of Oregon

  • Background in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or in-home care
