Key duties include assisting with enrollment, assessing healthcare status, scheduling evaluations, developing care plans, linking families to resources, and ensuring timely healthcare visits.

Position Details

• Full Time, 37.50 hours/week
• Day shift, Exempt, Grade 25S
• Salary Range: $70,041 - $99,858 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related health field required; pediatric nursing experience may substitute.
• 1-2 years pediatric nursing experience required.
