Responsibilities

• Analyst I reviews and responds to health care appeal letters and inquiries, prepares reports, collects data, tracks information and supports management in delivering program services.
• Analyst II performs more complex analytical duties, reviews and responds to health care appeals, collects data, tracks information, and assists management to ensure follow-up actions and timelines are met.
