You will manage posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, maintain brand voice and visuals, and collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and credibility of content.

• Ability to translate medical information into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a consistent organic posting schedule across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging posts, Reels/short-form videos, and Stories while maintaining brand voice and credibility.
• Translate physician-provided information into clear, digestible educational content.
• Develop and manage content calendars (planning, scheduling, and follow-through).
• Maintain strong visual consistency and a clean brand presentation (formatting, visuals, captions, and tone).
• Stay current on U.S. social media trends and incorporate them thoughtfully into content ideas.
• Support community engagement, including monitoring comments/DMs and identifying topics that resonate.
• Use sound judgment to ensure messaging is accurate, responsible, and aligned with content standards.
