  • The Health Benefit Representative (HBR) sells Fidelis Care products and services by identifying membership growth opportunities in an assigned territory and meeting or exceeding production goals by enrolling individuals in the appropriate Fidelis Care product.
  • The HBR fully and thoroughly understands and can explain, communicate, recommend and enroll individuals into the best product for their unique needs. Knowledge of Fidelis Care products, including options offered through NYSOH, Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Medicare, MLTC, FIDA and HARP.
  • Answer product feature and benefit questions; compare Fidelis Care products and provider networks of competing plans in the territory.
  • The HBR interacts directly with individuals, conducts a needs-based analysis, educates on healthy lifestyles and preventive care, and guides them through each step of the application and enrollment process.
  • The position may represent Fidelis Care at community events, marketing sites, or in an individual’s home. It may generate referrals from individuals assisted for other Fidelis Care products.
  • The HBR builds relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites in the assigned territory. They may deliver presentations to individuals, groups, providers, community-based organizations and local business leaders to educate and promote Fidelis Care products.
  • The HBR uses the Sales Force CRM for activity tracking, lead/referral tracking, appointment management, calendar management, and reporting. They are knowledgeable of the QCMI program, provider networks, and Fidelis Care’s care management approach.

Pay Range: $22.79 - $38.84 per hour
