Job summary

Walmart in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Health and Beauty associate to help customers and manage merchandising on the shop floor. The position focuses on moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal displays to meet shopper needs.

As a full-time team member, you’ll participate in a broad range of duties that keep the Health and Beauty area well stocked, shaped by customer demand and weekly operating needs.

Hourly Wage:

$20 - $33 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
