Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Health and Beauty associate at Walmart Supercenter #839 in Baton Rouge, LA. You will help customers, move incoming merchandise to the floor, and create seasonal display features to meet shopper needs.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
