Health and Wellness Director - LPN/LVN/RN

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated LVN/LPN/RN Health and Wellness Director to join our vibrant senior living community. The role involves working closely with the management team to ensure the health and wellness of residents through assessments, care planning, and supervision of staff. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all clinical operations and staff management.
  • Assess residents' health and psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain medication programs and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Train, supervise, and develop clinical staff.
  • Communicate regularly with residents' families regarding health matters.
  • Ensure all documentation and resident records are current and accurate.
Qualifications
  • Valid LVN/LPN or RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in geriatric nursing, including medication management.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Current certifications such as CPR and First Aid.
