Salary Range: $70,000 - $72,000

The Health and Wellness Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care, service, and safety for our residents. This role involves supervising the Memory Care Director and Assisted Living Director, as well as training and mentoring team members to provide exceptional care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard, and train new care team members
  • Ensure resident service plans are current and personalized
  • Assist new residents with onboarding and ensure excellent customer service
  • Oversee medication administration processes
  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews for all health services
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations governing Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Supervise the Assisted Living Director, Memory Care Director, and RN Consultant
  • Assist with shift coverage to maintain quality care
  • Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and leadership

Qualifications:

  • Leadership and management experience preferred
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (preferred)
  • Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Effective communication skills with team members and residents
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
  • If not licensed, willingness and ability to obtain an Administrator's license
