Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of our assisted living and memory care departments
• Hire, train, and develop care team members
• Provide leadership and direction to the management team, including the Memory Care Director, Care Coordinator, administrators, and nurses
• Work directly with residents to assess needs, develop services, and accurately document resident status in the electronic care system
• Supervise med techs and delegate nursing duties to unlicensed personnel
• Perform other leadership duties as needed

Qualifications

• A passion for caring for seniors
• Strong leadership skills to develop and lead effective care teams
• Current RN license
• Experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, gerontology, or dementia care
• Ability in budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of service plan development, medication management, infection control, and safety procedures
• Skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, empowerment, and resident responsiveness
