Middletown Township Public Schools is looking for qualified Health & Physical Education teachers for the following position at the Elementary School Level:

Health & Physical Education Teacher - Replacement Position; Position available: 1/04/2027 - 3/25/2027

Qualifications

• NJ Health & Physical Education certificate required
• Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate preferred
• CPR and AED certificates or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of the NJ Student Learning Standards for Comprehensive Health and Physical Education
• Knowledge of current best practices in Health and Physical Education
• Experience in differentiating instruction and utilizing inclusive teaching strategies
• Knowledge of Least Restrictive Environment regulations
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Knowledge of Google for Education

• Replacement Position Salary Range: $60,073 - $87,073 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with level of education)
