Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Consultant in Boston to support the Lead Consultant on client assignments, own project management, and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients. You will collaborate with Account Executives, analyze data, prepare client presentations, and identify client needs for other services.

Responsibilities include partnering with actuarial and broking teams, vendor management, plan document reviews, and team coaching.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in group health and benefits with strong knowledge of client services.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.

What the day will look like

In this position, you will support the Lead Consultant on some client assignments and/or act as the Lead Consultant and own project management to support the execution of client service delivery. This position will/may act as the primary day-to-day contact of clients and oversee the client team. The Health Solutions Consultant will collaborate with the client Account Executive to assist with execution of strategy and special projects. This position includes analysis, drafting client presentations, participation in client meetings and the identification of client needs for other services. Additionally, the Health Solutions Consultant will:

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $77,000 to $110,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Boston, MA. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
