Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years in a related field, including one year in a lead-worker or supervisory role.
• Alternatively, one year of experience at Health Aide 3 (HCS022) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Health Aides and direct-care staff.
• Plans and assigns daily work, ensures staffing coverage.
• Monitors performance, provides training and coaching.
• Ensures activities of daily living are properly assisted.
• Observes changes and reports to clinical staff.
• Implements treatment and behavioral support plans.
• Reviews documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains safe, clean, therapeutic environment.
• Ensures safety checks, rounds, and incident reports.
