Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of Thought Leadership to own the company-wide autonomy narrative and the category framing that unifies its four solutions (Gravity, Atlas, Galaxy, Flow). This research-driven role informs analysts, competitors, and senior peers, aligning messaging without direct authority.

You will work with solution heads of marketing to shape a shared framework, ensuring consistent external storytelling across channels and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in category marketing or thought leadership.
• Experience briefing industry analysts (KLAS, Gartner, Forrester, or equivalents).
• Strong understanding of healthcare AI, automation, and the US healthcare cost structure.
• Ability to influence senior peers without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable representing the company externally.

Responsibilities

• Own the central healthcare autonomy narrative and the category narrative framework.
• Refresh proof points and maintain a stable underlying argument as the market moves.
• Define the category messaging framework to sit above four solutions.
• Collaborate with each solution’s Head of Marketing to keep messaging aligned.
• Represent Innovaccer’s category point of view externally through bylines, speaking opportunities, and analyst narratives.
• Run a regular forum with Heads of Marketing to keep the framework current and coherent.
• Ensure consistent narrative across PR, LinkedIn, blogs, and websites.
