Job summary

The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy seeks a working professional in healthcare administration with a master’s or doctoral degree to teach a graduate course in Health Administration Residency Seminar (PPD 512). The adjunct instructor delivers course content, schedules office hours, and grades, while providing a syllabus outlining goals and requirements under the supervision of the Department Chair.

Applicants with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate in healthcare administration, public health, public administration, business administration, or related field.
• Preference for candidates with prior teaching experience and strong teaching evaluations.
• Ability to teach a graduate-level course related to healthcare administration topics such as residency preparation, leadership, networking, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course content for PPD 512: Health Administration Residency Seminar.
• Schedule office hours and be accessible to students; respond to inquiries.
• Grade assignments and provide timely feedback.
