Qualifications

• ASA or FSA designation preferred, pre-ASA required.
• Experience with ACO models, preferably LEAD.
• Experience with Medicare claims data and MSSP/REACH/LEAD models.

Oliver James are currently partnered with a US Healthcare Risk Platform seeking a Health Actuary to work in an entrepreneurial non-traditional actuarial role.

Senior Actuarial Analyst responsible for analyzing, processing, and drawing insights from customer data, and leading day-to-day relationships with key partners. This role would suit someone who wants to be deeply embedded in one of healthcare's fastest-growing markets rather than working in a traditional actuarial environment.

What makes this particularly interesting is the level of ownership and visibility - you'd work directly alongside the founders, COO, and senior actuarial leadership on strategic initiatives shaping the future of value-based care. The role is based out of a newly established office in Phoenix Arizona with a growing presence in other states.

Role Requirements

• ASA or FSA designation preferred, pre-ASA required
• ACO experience, preferably ACO LEAD
• Experience in Medicare claims data and emerging ACO models, including MSSP / REACH / newly announced LEAD model
