Oliver James are currently partnered with a US Healthcare Risk Platform seeking a Health Actuary to work in an entrepreneurial non-traditional actuarial role.Senior Actuarial Analyst responsible for analyzing, processing, and drawing insights from customer data, and leading day-to-day relationships with key partners. This role would suit someone who wants to be deeply embedded in one of healthcare’s fastest-growing markets rather than working in a traditional actuarial environment.**Role requirements:*** ASA or FSA designation preferred, pre-ASA required* ACO experience, preferably ACO LEAD* Experience in Medicare claims data and emerging ACO models, including MSSP / REACH / newly announced LEAD modelWhat makes this particularly interesting is the level of ownership and visibility – you’d work directly alongside the founders, COO, and senior actuarial leadership on strategic initiatives shaping the future of value-based care.
