Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field.
• Significant progress with actuarial exams; ASA/FSA preferred.
• 5+ years actuarial experience in health insurance/healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-relations experience.
• Strong time management and ability to work in teams.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a diverse, dynamic setting.
• Deep problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint; programming experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of client projects in Health Practice.
• Interact with clients including insurers, providers, regulators, and PE firms.
• Contribute to valuation, reserve development, and capital management initiatives.
• Support pricing, product development, strategy, and other health practice projects.
