Headhunter Responsibilities & Duties
- Identifying potential candidates through a variety of methods, including job postings
- Screening and assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to determine fit with agency requirements
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to gather detailed information on work history, goals, and qualifications
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agency owners and candidates to ensure successful placements
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure candidates receive the best possible service
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to both our Agency Owners and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborating with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
Headhunter Qualifications & Skills
- Previous extensive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong industry-specific knowledge
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a recruitment or headhunting role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of successfully placing top-tier candidates in a variety of industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A high degree of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
- A deep understanding of the recruitment industry and current trends and best practices
- A passion for helping clients and candidates achieve their goals
Salary will be based on a flat rate hourly rate plus commission dependent on the hire rate expectation of 95% of candidates presented will be hired.
