Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated wrestling coaching experience at the high school level.
• All required LHSAA certifications including first aid, CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of weight-management and eligibility rules.
• Criminal background check and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead practices for boys and girls teams across the season.
• Develop wrestlers technically, tactically, and physically.
• Set weight classes, assign lineups, name captains, and supervise coaches.
• Maintain safety, compliance with LHSAA rules, and eligibility documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, and equipment with AD; monitor academics.
