Job Summary: This position provides leadership and oversight to the women's soccer program at Lancaster Bible College and supports the Athletics program.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains seasonal coaches.
• Oversees daily workflow of soccer administration.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree preferred in a health or sport-related field.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Coaching Responsibilities:

• Prepare the team for intercollegiate season following NCAA, NCCAA, and NEAC guidelines.
• Recruit student-athletes locally, regionally, and nationally who align with the mission.
• Maintain a roster with 24 mission-fit players, including 8 new recruits.
• Develop a culture reflecting athletic philosophy and community values.
• Model Christian values in all interactions.
• Conduct devotional times and achieve athletic department goals each season.
• Support the 3-tiered student-athlete development approach:
• Growth as a student and athlete.
• Character development from a Biblical worldview.
• Realization of their impact on others.
• Organize and lead practices, both traditional and non-traditional.
• Select, supervise, and evaluate assistant coaches.
• Verify roster eligibility and coordinate with compliance.
• Support student-athletes' academic progress.
• Collaborate with the Sports Information Director on media and outreach.
• Organize camps to promote soccer among young girls.
• Represent the program at conferences and meetings.

Athletic Responsibilities:

• Assist in a secondary area aligned with strengths.
• Attend weekly departmental meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
