A leading college in New York seeks a Head Coach for the Women’s Soccer program. The role involves leading all aspects of the program, including recruiting and training student-athletes, while adhering to NCAA guidelines. The ideal candidate will have significant coaching experience and a commitment to student development. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours.
Reports To: Director of Athletics and Recreation
Position Summary: The Head Coach serves as the leader for the Women’s Soccer program and is responsible for operating all aspects of the program. The Head Women’s Soccer Coach will serve as a role model in meeting complementary goals in Athletics & Recreation.
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. Significant experience, as applicable, may replace degree requirements.
Experience Required: Minimum experience of three (3) years as an assistant coach or two (2) years as a head coach at the collegiate or the high school level is required. Playing experience is strongly preferred.
Special Working Conditions: Regular evening, weekend, and flexible hours are required.
Secondary Duties: Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation;
Salary Start: $12,000.00
