The National Collegiate Athletic Association is seeking a head coach for the women’s field hockey program. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the program, including recruitment, compliance, and budget management. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and relevant coaching experience, with a strong commitment to student-athlete success.
Organization and supervision for all aspects of the women’s field hockey program including recruitment of qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic success, ability to relate to student-athletes, compliance with NCAA, PSAC, and SRU rules and regulations, scheduling, practice and conditioning, scouting, budget management, fundraising, promotions, organizing and directing camps and clinics, and other duties as assigned by the director of athletics.
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years successful head or assistant field hockey coaching experience and experience working with diverse populations.
Successful performance in an interview and passing a criminal background check also required.

Division II Coaching Experience
Knowledge of PA Recruitment base
Previous head coaching experience
Knowledge of PSAC women’s field hockey
Experience counseling/mentoring student athletics; coordinating/directing camps and clinics; fundraising efforts and program promotions.
