Job summary

ReNEW Schools is looking for a dedicated coach to oversee the Western Gymnastics Program. This role includes managing both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams, selecting coaches, and ensuring all athletes receive proper instruction.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for education-based coaching, be able to communicate effectively with players and parents, and support fundraising efforts to enhance the program.

Qualifications

• Varsity Coaching Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Western Gymnastics Program.
• Instruct coaches at lower levels on proper fundamentals and scheme.
• Fundraising for needs above what the athletic department is able to provide.
• Communicate expectations to players and parents.
• Model appropriate behavior as a role model.
• Develop a program that the Western School Community will be proud of.
