This is a part-time, on-site role for the spring sports season (approximately February–May).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of baseball and fundamental coaching principles.
• Experience leading or contributing to a competitive baseball program.
• Experience working with adolescent student-athletes in an educational or athletic setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Head Coach of Varsity Baseball and oversee the program.
• Develop and implement a unified program philosophy and standards of play.
• Support long-term planning including player development pathways.
