Qualifications

• Baseball coaching experience required.
• Experience in K-12 setting preferred.
• Current First Aid Certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Ability to plan, organize, and work without close supervision.
• Ability to maintain relationships with District personnel and the public.
• Meet OSAA certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental Baseball skills and strategies.
• Run effective daily practices.
• Coaches varsity baseball games.
• Collaborate with other baseball coaching staff to establish program philosophy.
• Communicate respectfully with parents.
• Supervise bus trips and locker room behavior at games.
• Maintain equipment and uniform inventory.
• Support booster club and athletics department.
