Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practice schedules, strategies, and event plans.
• Lead and supervise the girls track program and coaching staff.
• Teach track-specific skills, techniques, and strategies to student-athletes.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and positive character traits.
• Monitor and support student-athlete development and performance.
• Build supportive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
• Ensure the program operates in accordance with District, MSHSAA, and school guidelines.
