The Track & Field Coach is responsible for the structure and direction of the track and field program at Jennings School District.

Reports to: Athletic Director

Responsibilities

Regular communication with the Director of Athletics, Coaching Staff, and participating athletes and families.

• Student mentor and athletic skill development.
• Conduct organized, structured practices.
• Program organization: roster, uniform and equipment inventory, practice instruction organization, supervision of athletes.
• Coaching administration: pre- and post-season meetings with the Director of Athletics, parent meetings.
