You will be accountable for all cash on premises, train tellers, and coordinate their duties. Your role is crucial in making their banking experience enjoyable and efficient. You will be the subject matter expert on all Beacon's products and services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Counting cash accurately
  • Creating smiles with every member transaction
  • Providing financial solutions to our valued members
  • Training and mentoring other tellers

Knowledge and Skills

Experience:

  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Some college classes preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Great communication skills. Math skills a must. Team player.
