The MCNU Children's School follows a constructivist model of education for Toddler through Transitional Kindergarten programs. The Head Teacher works closely with the Administrative Team to plan and supervise an exemplary curriculum for the Kindergarten / 1st Grade program, using a reflective, inquiry approach to analyze and improve instruction. The successful candidate will support the development of children and adult learning by facilitating teacher led inquiry for improvement of teaching.
