Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Lead Stylist to shape the visual identity of our food content across recipe photography, brand campaigns, and multimedia channels. You’ll lead a team of talented food and set stylists, fostering a collaborative, high-performing studio environment that balances creativity, quality, and efficiency.

This is both a strategic and people-focused role. You’ll manage day-to-day styling operations, mentor individuals, and drive the creative vision and standards of the studio in

Qualifications

• 7+ years in food styling/creative direction with leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing high-level styling skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of composition, texture, and color in visual storytelling.
• Excellent people management, mentoring, and communication.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of stylists with feedback and growth paths.
• Oversee styling across studio productions aligning with standards.
• Evolve the studio’s styling vision, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with art directors, photographers, culinary teams, and producers.
• Balance hands-on involvement with strategic leadership on complex shoots.
• Lead trend research and drive the creative direction of food styling.
• Ensure team performance against targets and foster an inclusive culture.
