Gilder Search Group is seeking a Chief Stewardess for a 50m private and charter motor yacht on a full-time rotational basis, operating mainly between Florida and the Bahamas.

The role requires strong charter experience, hands-on leadership, and a passion for guest hospitality. You will lead three interior crew, ensure top-tier service, and maintain impeccable interior standards in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Chief Stewardess on a yacht of similar size or larger.
• Proven private and charter experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional guest service and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of three interior crew members
• Deliver exceptional guest service for private and charter operations
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, service, inventory, and interior presentation
• Train, mentor, and motivate the interior team
• Ensure smooth interior operations during owner trips and charters
• Maintain exceptional interior standards at all times
• Lead by example and work alongside the team in all interior departments
• Foster a positive, professional team culture onboard
