Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field.
• Bachelors in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum aligned with standards.
• Performs ongoing developmental evaluations and adapts lesson plans.
• Plans and improves classroom environment to meet changing needs.
• Provides responsive care and adapts routines to individuals and group.
• Prepares developmental progress reports.
• Maintains open communication with parents/caregivers.
• Conducts two parent conferences and home visits yearly.
• Ensures smooth transitions from home to childcare and classroom to classroom.
• Maintains accurate records and daily attendance.
• Supports supervisory duties and required trainings.
• Ensures safety and health checks daily.
• Reports concerns to supervisor promptly.
